Privacy Policy

Information LMSW Prep collects

LMSW Prep stores study progress, flagged questions, missed-question history, exam results, and related study activity so the app can show your dashboard, review queues, and study guide exports.

If you use the app without signing in, progress is stored on your device. If you create or sign in to an account, progress may be synced with Supabase, our backend and authentication provider, so your study history can be restored across sessions.

Google Sign-In data

If you choose Sign in with Google, LMSW Prep requests only the basic identity permissions needed for authentication: OpenID, your Google Account email address, and basic profile information. Basic profile information may include your name, profile picture, and a stable Google Account identifier.

LMSW Prep uses this information only to create or sign in to your LMSW Prep account, identify your account across sessions, associate your Full Access purchase with the correct account, restore your study progress, and support account recovery. Your name and profile picture are not currently used to personalize study content.

LMSW Prep does not request or access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars, photos, payment information, or other Google services. LMSW Prep does not request permission to act on your behalf within those services. We do not separately store Google access tokens or refresh tokens for use with Google APIs.

How Google user data is stored and shared

Google authentication information is processed through Supabase Auth. LMSW Prep stores your account identifier and email address in Supabase and links them to your study progress and entitlement status. Authentication and application data are transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted through authentication and database access policies.

We share Google-derived account information only with service providers when needed to operate LMSW Prep. Supabase processes authentication and account storage, and Vercel hosts the application. If you purchase Full Access, your email address may be provided to Stripe to prefill secure checkout, associate the transaction with your LMSW Prep account, send payment-related communications, and help prevent fraud.

We do not sell Google user data, share it with data brokers, use it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not allow human access to Google user data except when necessary to provide support you request, investigate security or abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.

LMSW Prep's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention, deletion, and revoking Google access

Account information and synced study data are retained while your LMSW Prep account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain purchase records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may revoke LMSW Prep's Google access from your Google Account permissions. Revoking Google access stops future Google sign-in authorization but does not automatically delete your LMSW Prep account or study history.

To request deletion of your LMSW Prep account, Google-derived account information, or synced study progress, email info@lmswprep.com from the email address associated with your account. After verifying ownership, we will delete account-linked information where legally and technically feasible.

Payments and other services

Payments are processed by Stripe. LMSW Prep does not store your full card number. Stripe may receive payment details, billing details, device information, and fraud prevention signals according to Stripe's own privacy practices.

We may use basic hosting, security, and operational logs to keep the app reliable. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers. If product analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.

Study Guide exports are created from your own practice history. When you copy an export and paste it into a third-party AI tool, that tool's own privacy and data policies apply.
